Exploding Kittens has launched Horrible Therapist, a game that sees players create NSFW comics.

Created by Matthew Inman – Creator of The Oatmeal and Co-Creator of Exploding Kittens – the game sees players build comics centred around a therapist offering mad treatments for their patient’s concerns.

To play, the “therapist” starts by playing a Question card. Then, an Answer card is played, revealing the ailment of the “patient.” Then, the other players put down a bunch of Treatment cards.

Horrible Therapist: Extra Horrible Edition is available now in the US and UK on Amazon and ExplodingKittens.com for $24.99 or £24.99. A slightly more tame version will hit retailers in early 2025.
