Carol Rapp, Cedric Delobell and Daniel Steel launch new consulting firm, All About Games

Carol Rapp, Cedric Delobelle and Daniel Steel – three Asmodee veterans – have launched a new consulting company called All About Games.

All About Games supports board game publishers, manufacturers, and distributors in their development through a wide range of services. These span advising on business development, international sales and localisation, marketing strategy and brand development.

“It is a pleasure to start this company with two people I highly value,” said Carol Rapp.

“Together we will build something great and do what we are best at: help other people and their companies.”

Daniel Steel added: “We are about to create something new and unique for our industry. With our knowledge of different markets, organisations and products, we will add value to the companies we consult.”

The team will also offer process and structure reviews, team development, training and seminars, business coaching for mid- and high-level management positions, and many more.

“I had my own company before, but the opportunity to build something bigger with Dan and Carol is exciting,” said Cedric Delobelle.

“We already see demand from around the world for our services,”

Prior to launching All About Games, Carol Rapp was International Operational Marketing Director for Asmodee Group and prior to this was CEO of Asmodee Germany, while Cedric Delobelle was in charge of international sales at Asmodee UK before moving to Fantasy Flight to handle the co-ordination of their sales and publishing in Europe and for the last two years has been working as a consultant. Daniel Steel retired from Asmodee Group in 2018, where he was Head of European Distribution and one of the Group Executive Committee.
