From Murder Phone to Primal Hatch Hatching Megalodon: Spin Master details “bold” 2026 slate

Spin Master has detailed some highlights from its 2026 slate of products.
“At Spin Master, we are constantly reimagining traditional toy and game design to push the boundaries of what’s possible in play,” said David Voss, Spin Master’s EVP of Toy Design & Development.
“Our 2026 portfolio is fuelled by bold ideas, breakthrough innovation, and richer interactive experiences. Across our owned brands and licensed properties, we are delivering products that ignite imagination at every age – rooted in what’s culturally relevant, creatively inspiring, and meaningful to kids and families today.”
Spin Master has five defining toy trends that encompass several key new launches:
InterAction is described as ‘play comes alive with toys that respond, react and engage’. Highlights here include wearable interactive pet Peekimo, the Bitzee Aquarium and Primal Hatch Hybrid Hatchers.
Elsewhere, Adulting, Interrupted covers ‘the adult who never outgrew play’. New launches here include the Hellbreak TCG, Rubik’s Tetris Cube and Murder Phone, a fast-paced interactive deduction game.
Purposeful Play, ‘where fun meets growth and comfort’, covers upcoming launches like the Melissa & Doug Swirl & Serve Ice Cream Playset, Ms. Rachel Goodight Frankie Bedtime Playset and GUND Toothpick Near-or-Far Bears.
Another trend highlighted is Shock & Awesome – toys that thrill with ‘surprises, daring action, and moments that make kids leap, squeal and play’. Highlighted launches here include the Monster Jam Wild Whippin’ Sprinkler – a monster truck with 360° donut spraying power – and PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie Megasaurus™ Dino Vehicle that comes complete with a 2-foot inflatable dino. There’s also the Hexbots Explodapede RC that moves with a slithering crawl, just like a giant centipede.
Finally, Fin-Tastic Fun captures the excitement and awe of sharks. Launches here include the SwimWays Rainbow Reef Shark, Monster Jam Chomping Megalodon RC and Primal Hatch Hatching Megalodon, which hatches and grows to more than double the size of its egg.
