The 101-year-old inventor Eddy Goldfarb – creator of 800 iconic toys – is launching his first book.
Titled ‘It’s Going to be a Big Day: 101 100-Word Stories by a 101-Year- Old’, the publication features both fiction and non-fiction stories.
Among the highlights are Eddy’s memories and observations about life, love, and aging playfully.
Naturally, there are also glimpses into Eddy’s 80-year career in toys. The Toy Industry Hall of Fame inductee is best known for inventing the Yakity-Yak Teeth, Stompers, KerPlunk, Vac-U-Form, Bubble Gun and many other classics. He is also a WWII veteran, having served as a radar technician on a naval submarine.
You can buy copies of Eddy’s book in the US here and the UK here.
