We’re on the hunt for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to support our design team across marcomms, packaging and marketing projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most exciting toys, games, and licensed products in the industry.

What You’ll Do:
• Design and artwork stand out material for marketing communications, tradeshows and , catalogues and POS.
• Create compelling marcomms packaging, branding, and marketing visuals for TOMY’s toy and game ranges.
• Work closely with senior designers to support the development of new print and digital assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams — design, marketing, and sales — to help bring ideas to life.
• Prepare artwork for production and liaise with suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Lead the development of promotional materials, exhibitions, catalogues, and digital campaigns.
• Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What You’ll Bring:
✔️ A design-related qualification (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, etc.)
✔️ Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
✔️ A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative storytelling
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow

Bonus Points for:
• Internship or freelance experience in toys, games, licensing, or consumer products
• Exposure to 3D or packaging design
• Familiarity with international markets or multilingual design
