Ravensburger has teamed up with Awaken Realms for a legacy-style Labyrinth game, Labyrinth Chronicles.
Labyrinth Chronicles boasts an ongoing story and cooperative gameplay. With each game, a new episode is told and new rules are added. The game will also feature a large 3D Labyrinth with real walls.
“When I invented the Labyrinth 40 years ago, I couldn’t have imagined what a great success it would be,” said Max J. Kobbert.
“Here, players can really immerse themselves and experience adventures full of surprises.”
Labyrinth Chronicles is launching via a crowdfunding campaign on Gamefound. The campaign can be found at https://gamefound.com/en/projects/awaken-realms/labyrinthand the pre-order phase starts in February 2026.
2026 looks set to be a special year for the brand, with Labyrinth celebrates its 40th anniversary. To date, the game has been sold over 30 million times worldwide.
