Spielwarenmesse has been postponed to summer 2021 as a result of the ongoing pandemic.
The event was originally due to run at Nuremberg’s exhibition centre from January 27th to 31st but will now take place in the summer due to rising infection rates and further restrictions on travel.
“We very much regret the decision to postpone the Spielwarenmesse 2021,” said Ernst Kick, CEO of Spielwarenmesse eG.
“I’d like to thank everyone who joined us on this path, and I feel sure that the improvements we have made will benefit all future events and appearances.
Spielwarenmesse is currently in talks with NürnbergMesse to find a suitable date for the Spielwarenmesse 2021.
It follows news that New York Toy Fair 2021 is also being postponed to spring 2021.
