Lara Croft to make leap from video games to board games in 2019

Video game icon Lara Croft is set to make her board game debut next year, thanks to a collaboration between Square Enix, Crystal Dynamics and Hobby Japan.
Tomb Raider: Legends, launching February 2019, sees players explore ruins and see off threats while using “wits, arsenal and skills” to establish themselves as the true Lara Croft.
The game comes from the designers of Final Fantasy: Trading Card Game, and has a modular board to provide varied gameplay for three to four players.
