The session is chaired by Heayes Design’s Richard Heayes and welcomes Omari Akil (Game Design and Co-Founder of Colorway Game Labs), Deirdre Cross (VP at Funko Games) and Erica Bouyouris (Staff Designer at Spin Master).

Partnerships include Kellytoy for plush, Spin Master for games and YWow for novelty sized puzzles.

The initiative is designed to support the education and career advancement of individuals from underrepresented communities in the areas of toys, entertainment and digital games.

Boards will be given to the USA Skateboarding Team to take to the Tokyo Olympic Games, where the sport will make its Olympic debut.
