Ed Gartin and April Mitchell open entries for their 2023 Tabletop Game Design Masterclass

Ed Gartin and April Mitchell’s Tabletop Game Design Masterclass is now open for entries.

The eight-week course takes budding game designers from ideation to pitching, with dedicated sessions on areas like playtesting, rules-writing and shooting sizzle videos.

“One of the reasons we launched this class is that when you’re just starting out, if you have someone who gives you a little guidance in the beginning of your journey, it can dramatically accelerate your chance for success in this industry,” said Ed Gartin.

April Mitchell added: “We are looking forward to helping new students bring more great games and pitches to companies for the opportunity to license them. We invite anyone who would like to take a deep dive into game design to join us, whether they are just starting out or have a few hits under their belt!”
