Olivia DeLorenzo joins Inventor Relations team at Mattel

Olivia DeLorenzo has joined Mattel as an Associate Manager for Inventor Relations.

In the role, Olivia will be working across Games and Fisher-Price/Preschool products.

Before joining Mattel, Olivia worked at Hasbro Games as a narrative designer, working across titles including Grocery Go Karts, the 2024 Monopoly Deal refresh and Life in Reterra.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Olivia to the Mattel Inventor Relations team,” said Tara McGrath, Director of Inventor Relations and Innovation at Mattel.

“Her passion for games, deep storytelling expertise, and experience creating engaging play experiences make her a fantastic addition to our team. We can’t wait to see the creativity and collaboration she’ll bring as we continue inspiring inventors and creating innovative toys and games for kids and families around the world.”
