Hasbro has teamed up with Studio Lambert and Netflix on a Monopoly competition series set to air next year.
12 contestants will be immersed in a life-size Monopoly Town Square where they’ll have the opportunity to earn money, buy properties, negotiate deals, and hopefully stay out of jail.
One by one, bankrupt players will be eliminated while others build their empire – until the one person left standing takes home a $2 million prize.
Monopoly’s executive producers include Gabriel Marano and Zachary Edwin of Hasbro Entertainment, as well as Studio Lambert’s Nia Yemoh, Tim Harcourt, Jack Burgess, Stephen Lambert, and Kim Murphy.
