Clementoni has launched a Star Wars R2-D2 STEM Robot.
Designed for children aged eight and up, the buildable R2-D2 STEM Robot kit offers a blend of ‘educational value, interactivity and brand power’.
At its core is a Printed Circuit Board that connects a suite of components, including dual drive motors for mobility, servo motors for precise head movement, a built-in speaker that plays authentic sounds and a two-colour LED.
Through Bluetooth technology, users can connect their assembled droid to a dedicated app for controls and interactive programming. The app also boasts an interactive character gallery where players can tap on a Star Wars character and hear how R2-D2 would react to them.
